Online store policies

ORDER & PAYMENT
We accept Paynow, bank transfers, Paypal and all major credit cards through Paypal. You do not need to register for a Paypal account to make credit card payment via Paypal.

 

Our items are priced in US dollars for universal convenience. If you are not a US citizen, conversion rates to your own currency vary only minimally depending on your payment method. Conversion rates are determined by your credit card's bank rates if you pay by credit card, and by Paypal's conversion rate if you pay by Paypal.

   



SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship all over the world! Orders are processed within 3-5 working days of payment.

 

We ship all packages via super-reliable SingPost, with tracking so you can know exactly where your package is at all times. Shipping charges do not include import taxes or duties, which may or may not apply, subject to the laws of your country.Shipping charges are based on the actual weight of the combined items in the package. We aim to minimise your shipping costs by packing multiple items as compactly as possible.

 

If you live in Singapore, you can choose to pick up your online purchases at our brick-and-mortar store after payment. Simply select 'instore pickup' when making the payment. Delivery charges still apply for pickup & drop off from warehouse.

 

You can also exchange online purchases by dropping them off in the store. Please message on Facebook or Instagram prior to dropping by, otherwise the exchange may be rejected.

 



EXCHANGE & RETURNS 

If you change your mind about an item you purchased, we will gladly accept returns for store credit for use either on our online store or in our brick & mortar store. One-time exchange only. We do not offer cash refunds. Kindly return item in original, unused condition with tag intact by dropping it off instore, and show us the original receipt. Always message us within 7 days (as early as possible) on FB or IG, and prior to sending back an item. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase (for customers in Singapore) or within 20 days of the original postmark date (for customers outside Singapore). Short of any of the above conditions, we will have difficulty processing your return or exchange and may charge a restocking fee. Discounted items or items purchased with a coupon code are not valid for exchange or returns. 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges for the replacement item will be borne by the buyer and can be deducted from store credit issued.

Sale/ discounted items are not returnable. 
Only one exchange/ return allowed per sale.
