ORDER & PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards through Paypal. Paypal is a safe and secure way to make credit card payments online. You do not need to register for a Paypal account to make credit card payment via Paypal.
Our items are priced in US dollars for universal convenience. If you are not a US citizen, conversion rates to your own currency vary only minimally depending on your payment method. Conversion rates are determined by your credit card's bank rates if you pay by credit card, and by Paypal's conversion rate if you pay by Paypal.
We ship all packages via super-reliable SingPost. Shipping charges are based on the actual weight of the combined items in the package. We aim to minimise your shipping costs by packing multiple items as compactly as possible.
Should the online postage calculator be off the mark due to package dimension variations, all postage fees more than US$2 in excess of actual shipping will be refunded via Paypal. Please note that all postage costs for packages to Singapore include a registered mail fee, and postage for all international packages includes tracking fees to enhance security, so you can know exactly where your package is at all times. Shipping charges do not include import taxes or duties, which may or may not apply, subject to the laws of your country.
If you live in Singapore, you can choose to pick up your online purchases at our brick-and-mortar store after payment. Simply let us know when making the payment or forward your payment email with a note to collect purchases at our physical store. Your delivery charges still apply.
You can also exchange online purchases by dropping them off in the store. Please contact email@example.com prior to dropping by, otherwise the exchange may be rejected.
EXCHANGE & RETURNS
If you change your mind about an item you purchased, we will gladly accept returns for store credit for use exclusively on our online store. We do not offer cash refunds. Kindly return item in original, unused condition with tag intact, in original packaging and envelope with postmark. Please include the original receipt. Your return package must be postmarked within 5 days of the original postmark date (for customers in Singapore) or postmarked within 20 days of the original postmark date (for customers outside Singapore). Short of any of the above conditions, we will have difficulty processing your return or exchange and may charge a restocking fee. Always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to sending back an item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping charges for the replacement item will be borne by the buyer and can be deducted from store credit issued.
Sale/ discounted items are marked down by 20% to 90% and are hence not returnable.
Only one exchange/ return allowed per sale.
